20Khz 2500w ultrasonic sewing movement is a new type of sewing equipment specially developed by QRsonic. This equipment has been improved on the basis of the previous 35K sewing movement, which widens the welding area and is used in a wider range.
Ultrasonic sewing core (ultrasonic seamless suturing system) can suture most thermoplastic fabrics, compared with ordinary needle stitching, ultrasonic stitching without needle thread, high stitching strength, good sealing and fast sewing speed.
The diameter of rotary wheel can be customized according to customer's requirements.
